We've always done shirt sales ourselves. What can you do for us that we can't do on our own?

In most cases we can make you more money, take all the work out of your hands, and offer a better product for the participants at your event. Our goal at On-Site Sports is to make it NOT make sense for you to sell the shirts at your event. Continue reading to find out how we do this.

How is it possible you can make us more money than we can on our own?

We do this by selling a wide variety of items at your event, customizing those items as they are ordered, and not taking the risk of having leftover inventory.  If you purchase 100 pre-printed shirts for $5 each and sell them at your event for $15 each, the maximum you can profit is $1,000 (IF you didn’t pay for art and somebody to sell the shirts). If you guess wrong and only sell 70 shirts, your profit drops to $550. On-Site Sports brings out a wide variety of items and by customizing everything on site, we are able to sell more items and raise the average sale to about $35 per shirt. Meaning, we can sell the same merchandise for about $3,500. Your cut becomes as much or more than the best-case scenario of selling shirts on your own and you didn’t have to expend any time or effort.

How much does it cost us?

You pay us absolutely nothing. We assume ALL up-front costs and do ALL the selling for you.  At the end of the event we pay you a previously agreed-upon percentage of the revenue.

What percentage of the revenue does our organization get back?

As previously mentioned, On-Site Sports doesn’t want it to make sense for you to sell your own shirts. One of the ways we make this statement true is by offering high payouts. Payouts depend on the size and type of event. Please contact us to see how much we will give for your specific event.

What kind of product do you bring to our event?

We want to maximize your revenue and a big factor in that is bringing out the proper product for a specific event. We’re constantly changing colors and styles depending on the specific event and time of year. At a typical event we’ll sell multiple t-shirts in different colors, multiple long-sleeve shirts and tie dyes in different colors, multiple sweatshirts in different colors, sweatpants, shorts, and some performance fabric items.

How do you customize the shirts?

On-Site Sports customizes the shirts in many ways. We’re able to add player’s names and numbers, placement medals, events participated in, weight classes, statistics, and times. We also have a bunch of generic transfers specific to different sports. Not only do these add on transfers boost your total revenue, they produce a memory for the event participants.

We haven’t sold shirts at this event in the past because it’s not big enough. Do you think it might be worth trying?

Because there is no risk or work on your end it’s definitely worth calling us to find out. Give us a call and one of our representatives will help you decide if it would make sense. Remember, we’re the only people taking a risk in these situations. The worst thing that can happen for you is making money you’ve never made in the past.

We host multiple events each year and don’t have a logo for any of them, how much will it cost us for each design?

When we work an event for you, our art team will design your logos for each event at absolutely NO cost. If you have something specific in mind we’ll work with you to make your ideas a reality.  If you don’t have anything in mind, our art team will come up with creative logos specific to your events.

How much work is involved on our end?

Next to none. We ask you to let us set up in a high-traffic area, provide us names of participants (when available), and let us know if you have any ideas for a design. Otherwise, sit back and use your volunteers for all the other important tasks attendant to staging a successful tournament.

Our event takes place at multiple locations. Can you cover more than one location?

Yes. We will do everything in our power to maximize the profit at your event and will cover all the locations which allow us to make that happen.

How much space do you need to set up?

We can set up with as little as one table. That said, an ideal space would be about ten feet deep and twelve feet wide.  Space should never be an issue when determining whether or not to sell shirts. We can accommodate almost any situation.
